The Government of India intends to receive financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Uttarakhand Disaster Recovery Project (UDRP)- Additional Funding and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services™) shall broadly include proof checking consultancy service of Design and Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for the construction of road protection works related to World Bank projects initially for four to six months period and will be extendable based on the performance & requirement. The scope of works includes
Proof Checking/Vetting of DPRs and drawings for nearly 65 numbers of road protection work proposed under additional financing.
The firm will be collecting all the technical, social and environmental and other related information required with the help of other project team members and or consultant in the respective field.
The PIU (Roads and Bridges), Uttarakhand Disaster Recovery Project, Dehradun, Uttarakhand now invites eligible consulting firms (hereinafter called “Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
